I got an audition yesterday for a short film for what seems to be a prolific writer of big tv shows. I gotta tell you, this one was a real challenge for me. I didn't really know how to connect with the material and I kept chipping away at it until I found a connection with it even just a little bit.
My hope with this audition is not that I book the role...but ultimately that I showcase that I can act and maybe in they'll bring me back for more roles in the future.
Anyway, there's not much else to update you with.
Oh, I wrote a song for my sister a couple of years ago and now we are getting the song produced so we'll see how it turns out. It's called "Nuts!" My goal one day would be to either write songs for a singer or get some of my songs placed on movies or television. That would be a nice way to make some money... So, I'm putting it down in writing!
